Product Orders

We're excited for your order too! Once you place it, we'll send you emails with status updates. You can also track the order status by clicking on "View your order" in the email confirmation you received when your placed your order. For inquiries contact us directly.

All our orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Depending on where you are in the country, it should take no longer than 4 days for your order to arrive. We'll email you the tracking info so you'll know when to expect it. We do offer free shipping in continental US on all order $35 and up.

Right now we ship to United States only. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Yes!  All orders placed on Gimme's website that are $35.00 and above receive free shipping.  This is valid for online orders totaling at least $35.00 after discounts and before taxes shipped anywhere in the continental U.S.  If you choose another shipping option, additional charges may apply. Orders must be shipped to a single address.

Of course. For product returns please send an email to customerservice@gimmehealth.com. Please include “Product return” in the subject line together with the order number, and the reason in the email body. You can do the same through the Contact Us page.

You can purchase Gimme products with most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay too. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, check, Venmo, or money orders, nor can we split payments across credit cards. All orders are subject to review.
