Annie Chun

Born and raised in central Seoul near the west coast of Korea, Annie Chun grew up eating foods from the ocean - including roasted seaweed that her mother would dry and roast to serve.

After coming to the United States and establishing her own extremely successful food brand, Annie Chun’s, she and her husband and co-founder, Steve Broad, started gimme Seaweed to bring the best tasting organic, roasted seaweed snacks to homes worldwide.
