Ingredients

1 cup cold butter, cut into small cubes

¾ cup brown sugar

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 ¾ teaspoon baking soda

2 cups chopped semi-sweet chocolate

1 pack of Gimme Olive Oil Roasted Seaweed Snacks, finely minced

flaky salt as needed

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugars until creamy, about 3-5 minutes.

2. Add one egg at a time, mixing after each until fully combined.

3. Stir in flour, baking powder, and baking soda until just combined.

4. Add chopped chocolate and Gimme Seaweed, then stir together until just combined.

5. Divide dough into 8 even balls then cover well and refrigerate for 2 hours up to overnight.

6. Preheat oven to 375°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

7. Arrange 4 cookie dough balls per baking sheet, leaving ample space between.

8. Bake for 12-25 minutes until golden on top and internal temp reaches between 175-180°F.

9. Let rest 10 minutes on baking sheet before removing. Enjoy warm!
