8 oz of salmon, cut into 1½ inch chunks (16 chunks needed)

1 pack of Gimme Toasted Sesame Roasted Seaweed Snacks, minced

2 lemons, sliced into circles

To serve

1 pack of Gimme Toasted Sesame Roasted Seaweed Snacks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons oil, lemon juice, sea salt, salmon, and Gimme Seaweed. Rub marinade into salmon!
  2. On each skewer, add alternating pieces of salmon and a slice of lemon folded into a loose u shape. Repeat for 4 skewers.
  3. Drizzle very hot grill pan with 2 more tablespoons oil. Over high heat cook salmon about 5 minutes on each side until lemons and salmon get golden marks and salmon is almost cooked through. It will finish cooking when you remove it from the heat.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh dill and remove from skewers! To enjoy, try topping a sheet of Gimme Seaweed with a dallop of sour cream, a sliced of grilled lemon, a chunk of grilled salmon, and more fresh dill!
