A simple yet satisfying recipe, these Rice Balls combine Calrose rice with gimme's toasted sesame seaweed snacks, soy sauce, and sesame oil for a flavorful bite-sized treat.

Perfect as a snack or side dish, these rice balls are easy to make and offer a delightful combination of textures and flavors that are sure to please.

Ingredients

1 pack of Gimme Toasted Sesame Roasted Seaweed Snacks

2 cups cooked Calrose rice

1 tablespoon soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari)

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon toasted white sesame seeds

1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Pulse Gimme Seaweed in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chopped Gimme Seaweed and remaining ingredients
  3. With wet hands or while wearing plastic gloves, scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture into your palm and squeeze/roll it into a small ball.
  4. Repeat with all the rice mixture then enjoy!
