Watermelon Salad With Seaweed
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, orange zest, cane sugar, and sea salt.
  2. To the same bowl add watermelon, cantaloupe, and cucumber then toss to combine.
  3. Assemble salad on individual plates or a platter to share. Arrange watermelon and cantaloupe on the bottom then top with cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and gimme Seaweed.
  4. Drizzle some of the remaining dressing around the plate and enjoy!
