DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, orange zest, cane sugar, and sea salt.
- To the same bowl add watermelon, cantaloupe, and cucumber then toss to combine.
- Assemble salad on individual plates or a platter to share. Arrange watermelon and cantaloupe on the bottom then top with cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and gimme Seaweed.
- Drizzle some of the remaining dressing around the plate and enjoy!
