These cheese balls are perfect for entertaining, offering a sophisticated and flavorful appetizer that pairs beautifully with crackers and a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

8 oz goat cheese

8 oz cream cheese

1 pack of Gimme Avocado Oil Roasted Seaweed Snacks, finely minced, divided

¼ cup minced chives or green onions, divided

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup chopped dried cranberries

½ cup minced fresh parsley

Option to serve with honey, crackers, and
more Gimme Seaweed

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat together the goat cheese, cream cheese, 1/2 of the minced Gimme Seaweed, and 2 tablespoons chives or green onions until smooth, about 3 minutes.

2. In a separate, shallow bowl or dish mix together remaining minced Gimme Seaweed, remaining chives or green onions, pecans, cranberries, and parsley.

3. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out a portion of the cheese mixture and roll in the nut mixture. Repeat until all cheese has been scooped and rolled.

4. Refrigerate until ready to serve with honey, creackers, and more Gimme Seaweed!
