Tofu Teriyaki Bowl Salad

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes and toss with ¼ cup teriyaki sauce, ginger powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Spread the tofu out on prepared baking sheet, careful not to let them touch. Bake 25-35 minutes until they get to your desired crispiness.
  4. While tofu is cooking prepare your Teriyaki Dressing by whisking all Teriyaki Dressing ingredients together until smooth.
  5. Once tofu is crispy, assemble your bowls! Mix together lettuce, cilantro, and green onion then divide among 2 bowls. Top each with 1 cup rice, half the crispy tofu, and half the gimme Roasted Seaweed Snacks.
  6. Serve with teriyaki dressing and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 block extra firm tofu

¼ cup teriyaki sauce

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

4 cups chopped green leaf lettuce

¼ cup chopped cilantro

2 green onions, chopped

2 cups of cooked rice, your preference!

1 pack Gimme Teriyaki Roasted Seaweed Snacks, finely sliced

Teriyaki Dressing

¼ cup teriyaki sauce

Juice from 1 lime

2 teaspoons roasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon sriracha, optional
