Sushi Bake
The dish that went viral and still has everyone talking!
INSTRUCTIONS
- Oil an 11x7-inch baking dish and add sushi rice to the bottom.
- Sprinkle ½ a pack of minced Gimme Seaweed on top of the rice.
- Stir together crab, Kupe mayonnaise, cream cheese, sriracha, and sea salt then layer mixture over seaweed and rice.
- Mix together spicy mayo and drizzle on crab mixture.
- Sprinkle with another ½ pack of minced Gimme Seaweed.
- Bake at 375°F for 10-20 minutes until heated through.
- Eat bites of the sushi bake wrapped up in Gimme Seaweed and topped with cucumber, avocado, green onion, and sesame seeds.
