This recipe starts with a foundation of perfectly cooked and seasoned sushi rice, followed by a pack of minced seaweed. We suggest our Sea Salt flavor seaweed snack, but feel free to use any flavor! Next comes the pièce de résistance: a creamy, spicy crab mixture that will make your taste buds dance. We encourage you to use real crab meat but this dish also tastes great with imitation crab meat.

Lastly, homemade spicy mayo adds an extra kick.

    Ingredients

    3 cups of cooked and seasoned sushi rice

    1 pack of minced Gimme Sea Salt Roasted Seaweed Snacks

    1-pack (about 1 pound) imitation crab meat, finely chopped or shredded

    ¼ cup Kewpie mayonnaise

    ¼ cup cream cheese

    1-2 tablespoons sriracha

    Pinch of sea salt

    Spicy Mayonnaise

    1 tablespoon sriracha

    2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    Toppings of your choosing

    2-3 more packs of minced Gimme Sea Salt Roasted Seaweed Snacks

    English cucumber

    avocado

    green onion

    sesame seeds

    Instructions

    1. Oil an 11x7-inch baking dish and add sushi rice to the bottom.
    2. Sprinkle ½ a pack of minced Gimme Seaweed on top of the rice.
    3. Stir together crab, Kewpie mayonnaise, cream cheese, sriracha, and sea salt then layer mixture over seaweed and rice.
    4. Mix together spicy mayo and drizzle on crab mixture.
    5. Sprinkle with another ½ pack of minced Gimme Seaweed.
    6. Bake at 375°F for 10-20 minutes until heated through.
    7. Eat bites of the sushi bake wrapped up in Gimme Sea Salt Roasted Seaweed Snacks and topped with cucumber, avocado, green onion, and sesame seeds.
