Ingredients
For the Seaweed Turmeric Dressing
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup water
- 1 pack of Gimme Seaweed Sea Salt Grab & Go
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1½ teaspoons ground turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
For the Salad
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 4 cups butter lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup thinly sliced watermelon radish
- ½ cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 pack of Gimme Seaweed Sea Salt Grab & Go, finely sliced
Instructions
- Blend all dressing ingredients together and blend until smooth.
- Divide all salad ingredients between 2 bowls.
- Either toss with dressing or dressing serve on the side and enjoy!
