Spring Salad With Seaweed Tumeric Dressing

Ingredients

For the Seaweed Turmeric Dressing

½ cup almond butter

¼ cup water

1 pack of Gimme Seaweed Sea Salt Grab & Go

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic

3 teaspoons maple syrup

1½ teaspoons ground turmeric powder

½ teaspoon sea salt

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

 

For the Salad

2 cups cooked quinoa

4 cups butter lettuce, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

½ cup raspberries  

½ cup thinly sliced watermelon radish

½ cup cooked chickpeas

1 pack of Gimme Seaweed Sea Salt Grab & Go, finely sliced

Instructions

  1. Blend all dressing ingredients together and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide all salad ingredients between 2 bowls.
  3. Either toss with dressing or dressing serve on the side and enjoy!
