Seaweed Quesadilla Active Time 5-10 mins Servings 1 Difficulty 2/5 Ingredients 1 tablespoon butter, divided 2, 10” flour tortillas¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ pack Gimme Roasted Seaweed Snacks, chopped (we used Chili Lime) ¼ cup shredded jack cheeseOptional toppingsSour creamSalsaCilantroMore Gimme Seaweed! Instructions STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONSHeat a pan over low heat and melt ½ tablespoon butter to coat the pan.Place 1 tortilla in pan and top with an even layer of cheddar cheese, then gimme seaweed, then jack cheese, then 2ndLet cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden on the bottom.Use a spatula to pick it up while placing other ½ tablespoon butter in pan to melt.Flip the quesadilla over to get the other tortilla golden, this time covering the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.Once melted after about 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, let rest a few minutes and cut into 4-6 triangles.Serve toppings on top or on the side and enjoy!MICROWAVE DIRECTIONSPlace 1 tortilla on microwave-safe plate and top with an even layer of cheddar cheese, then gimme seaweed, then jack cheese, then 2ndCook for 30-90 seconds, checking every 20 seconds or so, until cheese is melted.Once melted, let rest a few minutes and cut into 4-6 triangles.Serve toppings on top or on the side and enjoy!
