Seaweed Quesadilla
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS
- Heat a pan over low heat and melt ½ tablespoon butter to coat the pan.
- Place 1 tortilla in pan and top with an even layer of cheddar cheese, then gimme seaweed, then jack cheese, then 2nd
- Let cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden on the bottom.
- Use a spatula to pick it up while placing other ½ tablespoon butter in pan to melt.
- Flip the quesadilla over to get the other tortilla golden, this time covering the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
- Once melted after about 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, let rest a few minutes and cut into 4-6 triangles.
- Serve toppings on top or on the side and enjoy!
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
- Place 1 tortilla on microwave-safe plate and top with an even layer of cheddar cheese, then gimme seaweed, then jack cheese, then 2nd
- Cook for 30-90 seconds, checking every 20 seconds or so, until cheese is melted.
- Once melted, let rest a few minutes and cut into 4-6 triangles.
- Serve toppings on top or on the side and enjoy!
