Pink Toast With Seaweed

DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, beet, lemon juice, garlic, Gimme Seaweed, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Add chickpeas and blend until your desired consistency.
- Spread about ½ cup of the beet mixture on a piece of toasted sourdough then top with avocado, watermelon radish, sliced Gimme Seaweed, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy!
