Pink Toast With Seaweed

Serve this vibrant and healthy toast to surprise your loved-one with breakfast in bed. You'll bank a year's worth of brownie points!


  1. In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, beet, lemon juice, garlic, Gimme Seaweed, and lemon zest until smooth.
  2. Add chickpeas and blend until your desired consistency.
  3. Spread about ½ cup of the beet mixture on a piece of toasted sourdough then top with avocado, watermelon radish, sliced Gimme Seaweed, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy!
