Ingredients
- 2 large ripe peaches
- 4 oz heirloom tomato
- 1 ripe avocado
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon flaky salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
- Fresh cracked pepper as needed
- 1 pack of Avocado Oil Gimme Roasted Seaweed Snacks, divided
Instructions
- Slice peaches, tomato, and avocado into 1/2-inch thick wedges and arrange on a large plate.
- Carefully tear the burrata and arrange on top of fruit.
- Drizzle with olive oil then top with flaky salt, pepper, basil leaves, and 2-3 sheets Roasted Seaweed Snacks, finely chopped.
- Serve immediately with the option to add a few bites to a sheet of Roasted Seaweed to eat like a little taco!
