Peach and burrata salad with gimme avocado oil snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe peaches
  • 4 oz heirloom tomato
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon flaky salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
  • Fresh cracked pepper as needed
  • 1 pack of Avocado Oil Gimme Roasted Seaweed Snacks, divided

Instructions

  1. Slice peaches, tomato, and avocado into 1/2-inch thick wedges and arrange on a large plate.
  2. Carefully tear the burrata and arrange on top of fruit.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil then top with flaky salt, pepper, basil leaves, and 2-3 sheets Roasted Seaweed Snacks, finely chopped.
  4. Serve immediately with the option to add a few bites to a sheet of Roasted Seaweed to eat like a little taco!
