Topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, these mini pizzas are baked to melty perfection, offering a fun and delicious way to enjoy pizza while sticking to your keto diet.

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons almond flour

2 tablespoons grated parmesan

½ cup chopped Gimme Roasted Seaweed Snacks

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

 toppings of your choice! We used:

pizza sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and turn on your mini waffle maker. (For heart-shaped waffles, we like Dash's brand)
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg then whisk in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Once your mini waffle maker is hot, spray with non-stick spray.
  4. Fill waffle maker with batter then cook until the automatic timer or light goes off; repeat for remaining batter.
  5. Place the waffles on a baking sheet and top with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and the toppings of your choice!
  6. Bake for 3-4 minutes to melt cheese, then turn on broiler for 1-2 minutes to get the cheese golden.
  7. Enjoy!
