DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay gimme Seaweed Sushi Nori on flat, dry surface with rough side up.
  2. On the side closest to you, arrange a strip of romaine lettuce about 1 inch from the front.
  3. Top that with hummus, then in front of that, add rows of bell peppers, cucumbers, red onion, and avocado.
  4. Brush water on the back ¼ of the Sushi Nori then roll it up in one big roll and seal the Sushi Nori closed.
  5. Use a serrated knife to cut it in half and enjoy!

1 sheet Gimme Seaweed Sushi Nori

1-2 leaves lettuce, we used curly leaf

¼ cup hummus

¼ cup bell pepper sticks, we used red & yellow

¼ cup cucumber sticks

1 slice red onion, cut super thin

¼ avocado, sliced
