Ingredients

1½ cups finely chopped kimchi

¾ cup finely chopped yellow onion

1 pack Gimme Roasted Seaweed Snacks, chopped

¼ cup chopped green onion

1 teaspoon garlic

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sesame oil

½ pound ground pork

40-50 large dumpling wrappers

Vegetable oil as needed to cook, about 4-6 tablespoons

Chili crisp or chili oil, to serve

1 pack Gimme Roasted Seaweed Snacks, finely sliced to serve

Chopped green onion, more to serve

Instructions

1. Mix together kimchi, onion, Gimme Seaweed, green onion, garlic, egg, salt, and sesame oil until well combined then mix in pork until just combined.

2. Lay a dumpling wrapper flat and put with a spoonful of filling in the center. Dip your finger in water and wet the edges of half the dumpling. Then fold in half, pleating the wrapper as you go from one side to the other, to seal.

3. Repeat until mix and wrappers are all folded together.

4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat then add dumplings so there is space in between each and they do not touch. Cook until bottoms are golden, about 2-5 minutes.

5. Reduce the heat to low, add ¼ cup water, and cover to steam-cook. Cook about 5 minutes until most of the water has cooked off.

6. Set aside cooked dumplings, wipe pan to dry it, then repeat cooking process until all are cooked.

7. Serve on a plate topped with chili crisp, green onion, and more Gimme Seaweed.
