Ingredients

3 cups of cooked and seasoned sushi rice

2 packs of Gimme Seaweed Chili Lime Roasted Seaweed Snacks

1 tablespoon oil, we used avocado

5 oz canned tuna (with liquid mixed in on premium brands and drained otherwise)

1 tablespoon sriracha

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add a heaping tablespoon of sushi rice to each sheet of Gimme Seaweed. Use wet fingers to spread it evenly on top.
  2. Fold in a taco “u” shape and place in the air-fryer. Repeat with the remaining rice and Gimme Seaweed, lining them up next to each other to hold themselves up.
  3. Drizzle with oil and air-fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. They should hold their shape, but the rice should still be tender.
  4. Meanwhile, stir together tuna, sriracha, mayonnaise and sea salt.
  5. Top seaweed-rice taco shells with about ½ tablespoon of tuna mixture and your favorites! We used avocado, cucumber, pickled ginger, chives, sesame seeds, and chili crisp!
