Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, large diced
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced 
  • ½ cup thinly julienned cucumber, we used English cucumber
  • 1 peach, chopped
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions
  • 4 tbsp Gimme Seaweed K-Crisps, Sea Salt (shake before using!)

SAUCE INGREDIENTS 

  1. ¼ cup sesame oil
  2. 1-3 teaspoon soy sauce 
  3. 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  4. ½ tsp fresh ground ginger

Also order white sesame seeds just in case it needs it as garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients and then toss cubed tuna and let it marinade for 5-10 minutes
  2. In two bowls, divide rice for the base then top each with half of each of the remaining ingredients.
  3. Garnish with Gimme Seaweed K-Crisps just before serving and enjoy!
