  1. Fill a small pot of water with about 5-6 inches of water and bring to a slow simmer.
  2. Crack an egg into a small bowl, swirl the simmering water with a spoon and put bowl with egg right next to the top of the water and gently pour in.
  3. Cook for about 2.5 minutes and remove from water with a slotted spoon. Place on plate with paper towel to lightly dry off if desired. 
  4. In the meantime, toast your bread and top with optional kewpie mayo and sliced avocado. 
  5. Top with poached egg, garnish with flaky salt, K-Crisps™ Seaweed Topping, Sea Salt, and enjoy!
