Dive into a world of bold flavors with our Air Fryer Gochujang Squash with Seaweed, a dish that transforms the humble delicata squash into a spicy, savory delight. This recipe is a celebration of contrasts, where the natural sweetness of squash meets the fiery kick of gochujang, a Korean chili paste.

The addition of Gimme Sea Salt Roasted Seaweed Snacks, finely minced and mixed into the marinade, adds a unique umami depth that elevates the dish to new heights. With just a hint of maple syrup and soy sauce, this dish strikes the perfect balance between sweet, spicy, and savory.

Cooking this dish in an air fryer not only makes it quick and easy but also ensures that each piece of squash is perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining tender on the inside. The gochujang marinade caramelizes beautifully, creating a sticky, flavorful coating that clings to every slice.

Finished with a sprinkle of white sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, and a pinch of flaky salt, these squash pieces are as visually appealing as they are delicious. Serve them with extra sauce on the side for dipping, or wrap them in additional seaweed sheets for a fun, taco-like experience.
