SHIPPING INFORMATION:

At this time, all orders from our site are fulfilled using our standard ground shipping at a flat-rate of $5.95 per order and are generally received within 3 to 10 business days. Currently, we only offer shipping within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and P.O. Boxes. We will be adding expedited shipping and international options in the very near future!

After you place an order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Orders may take 1-business day to process and ship (not including weekends or holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a day for tracking information to appear. Most orders will arrive within 5 business days. However, depending on the day your order was placed and your location, it may take up to 10 business days. gimMe is not responsible for shipping delays due to reasons beyond our control (weather or other unexpected delays by the carrier).

If you do not receive your Shipping Confirmation email or your order has not been delivered within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@gimmehealth.com  and include your order number so that we can assist you.

 

EDITING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER:

We are sorry, but once an order has been placed and you receive your Order Confirmation email, you cannot cancel or edit your order. Once your order is delivered, please refer to our Return Policy below for further instructions.

 

GIMME RETURN POLICY:

We want you to love your gimMe Snacks as much as we do. If you aren’t completely satisfied, please contact us at hello@gimmehealth.com  to request a refund or replacement.

All we ask in return is that you:

  • Contact us within fourteen (14) days from the date in which your purchase is delivered to you
  • Provide proof of purchase via your online order number
  • For safety reasons, returns must be in their original, unopened packaging

Please note, our online store does not accept returns of products you purchased in-store. Please return to the store/location where you purchased the product and visit the Customer Service Desk.

 

To return an online order:

  1. Locate your order in your email or your Order History and note the order number of the order you wish to return
  2. Email hello@gimmehealth.com with the subject line “RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST” and in the body of the email please provide:
    • Your order number
    • The particular item(s) you would like to return
    • The reason for your return
  3. A gimMe Snacks team member will be in contact with you to provide you with return instructions. Please note, in certain instances shipping fees are NOT refundable.
